Building Contracts? 

Habitat Building Contracts was formed by property developer Constantin Mares, who has 20 years of experience working in the construction industry. We can offer the client a full design and construction service. We put customer service, innovative design and expert project management as the cornerstones of all of our client projects.

​We collaborate with many London-based architects and regularly receive invitations for competitive tenders and in some cases, negotiated tenders where we advise on the cost of schemes as they are being drawn and help engineer the best possible value for the client.

What we do

Habitat provide a wide-range of building services, ranging from full refurbishments and alterations, through to loft conversions and basements. We ensure we work strictly to your budget, which can range from the more modest, to the most extravagant. Covering the London area and Home Counties, our projects span a wide range
of styles and tastes, from conservation and restoration works in traditional properties, through to modern, architecturally-inspired additions to both period, and more contemporary properties.

Our team are available to offer help, advice, and guidance to our clients on all aspects of their projects, from design through to fixtures, fittings and even soft furnishings. We employ staff, who are all highly skilled and dedicated to the task of taking your project from its inception through to its completion, to ensure your total satisfaction.

We can work with you directly or through a third party architect/interior designer and we can provide a full design and build service or alternatively we can use your existing plans and drawings. Our experts are experienced in working directly for individual homeowners or as main contractor for a range of award-winning architects and interior designers.
